It is not exactly a huge penalty. Like everything Trump says and does it is total rubbish.

What a mess the world is in!  Russia attacks Ukraine. Hamas attacked Israel and Israel reacts by committing genocide out of all proportion. The people elect an egit as President who knows nothing and works only for himself while breaking all sorts of laws. The tragedy is that the Republican Party supports him carte blanche which shows how morally and politically bankrupt they are.  The Democrats have just woken up after six months of silence with Californoa Govenor Gavin Newson standing up to Trump along with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) of New York's 14th Congressional District taking in parts of the Bronx and Queens and Independent Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont. I favour Michelle Obama and AOC for the next Democratic ticket for the Presidential elections in 2028 but that may be unrealistic. Meanwhile in China Xi Jinping is being replaced as leader and we shall have to see where the new government lies - hopefully less extreme.

  Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States is supposed to be independent of the Executive but that is far from the case. She slavishly takes instructions from Trump. She, along with FBI Director, Kas Patel have both said there is nothing to see in the Epstein files. This is a cover-up of the most serious type amd many Maga supporters are upset by this situation. If a Court was to order the publication of the Epstein files, Trump would appeal this to the Supreme Court who are servile to Trump. This means the United States Governmentis totally corrupt and that the Republican Party is a total disgrace both in the House of Representatives and the Senate. Will the United States ever get its reputation back? One of the major issues is the ignorance of a vast proportion of the the Amercan population that put the felon, Trump, in office.
